As being a first time home owner, Shirley was perfect as my realtor. She always explained everything in detail such as location, needs, and requirements. She made it easy and made me feel like family! I would recommend her to ANYONE! From the beginning, Shirley made me feel like one of her own kids. She told me from the start that she would never sell me a house that she wouldn't sell to her kids. She always made me feel comfortable and excited about every showing we had. She knew what I was looking for and what I wasn't looking for. Her attention to detail on houses was exquisite. She knew the areas of the homes we looked at and always kept me up to date. She is the best! Shirley was always patient with me. It was almost like working with my mom when it comes to approachable and trustworthy. I wouldn't change a thing during my whole experience! My overall experience was made a lot easier than I thought, being a first time home owner. Everyone was patient with details I asked about and always answered the questions I had. I would do it all over again with Shirley Behm!

What can i say that hasn't been said already. Shirley truly is a blessing. I consider her family after a sale and 2 homes purchased through her. She is the nicest person i have ever met and is not afraid to speak up and put someone in their place when needed. She goes out of her way, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure your purchase or sale goes without a hitch. She has networked beyond belief amd if you have an issue, shirley can find someone to fix it very quickly. She truly made the process a million times less stressful. She made sure our needs were met, our wants were heard, and our points got across perfectly. There really is not a better realtor in the tri state area. Cressy and everett are truly blessed to have someone like shirley working for them. She is a go getter, a doer and a critical thinker.
